Faamys Fashions ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits our website or contacts us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

What we collect

• Contact information — name and phone number when you send us a WhatsApp message or fill in the booking form
• Usage data — anonymous data about how you use the site, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This includes pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is stored in Analytics.
• Cookies — GA4 and Meta Pixel set cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. You can opt out via the cookie banner or your browser settings.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and process orders
• To improve the website based on usage patterns
• To measure the performance of our advertising

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not store payment card information — all payments are cash on pickup or delivery
• We do not send marketing messages without your consent

Third-party services

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for measurement. Both are governed by their own privacy policies. We also use WhatsApp (Meta) as our primary communication channel — messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to Meta's terms.

Your rights

You may request that we delete any personal information we hold about you by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. We will respond within 7 days.

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order with Faamys Fashions, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

• All custom stitching orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it.
• Custom orders require accurate measurements. We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
• Turnaround times given at the time of order are estimates. We will notify you of any delays.
• Urgent orders are accommodated where possible and may attract additional charges.

Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of stitching labour.
• Prices for custom work are quoted per order and may vary based on design complexity and materials.
• Starting prices shown on the website are indicative — your final price will be confirmed via WhatsApp before work begins.

Payment

• Payment is by cash on pickup or cash on delivery.
• We do not accept online payments at this time.
• Full payment is due on collection or delivery of the order.

Ready-made items

• Ready-made items are subject to availability. We will confirm stock before accepting your order.
• If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or cancellation.

Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Faamys Fashions. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Shipping & Delivery

In-store pickup

Orders can be collected from our studio at 15/112, AL Block 3rd Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600040. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is ready.

Home delivery

• We deliver anywhere in Chennai and surrounding areas.
• Delivery charges and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order via WhatsApp.
• For outstation delivery, additional charges apply and timelines will be communicated separately.

Saree pre-pleating

• Standard turnaround: 4 hours to 1 day.
• Drop your saree at our studio and we will notify you when it is ready for collection.

Custom stitching

• Standard turnaround: 3–7 days depending on design complexity.
• Urgent orders are accommodated where possible — discuss at the time of placing the order.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom stitching

Because every custom garment is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on custom stitching orders. However:

• If the garment does not fit correctly due to an error on our part, we will alter it at no charge.
• We offer a trial fitting before final delivery — any corrections identified during the trial are made on the spot.
• If you are not satisfied after collection, contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Ready-made items

• Ready-made items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.
• We do not offer cash refunds on ready-made items — exchange only.
• Items altered at your request are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellations

• Custom orders may be cancelled before work has begun, at no charge.
• Once cutting and stitching has started, cancellations are not possible.
