We give you an exact quote after seeing your reference and discussing the design. We never quote without understanding what you actually want.

It depends on the fabric, the design and any embroidery work involved. WhatsApp us a reference photo and we will give you an honest range. We will not guess a price without seeing what you have in mind.

Starting prices are shown on each service page. Final prices for custom work are always confirmed after we see your design — because the same blouse silhouette with light aari costs less than with full maggam coverage. We show you the full price before anything begins. No surprises.

This is the only question that matters. Every garment is tried on in our studio before it leaves. If anything needs adjusting — the hook, the neckline, the sleeve — we fix it on the spot. We do not send your order with "extra seam allowance so a local tailor can take it in." We fit you ourselves.

The trial fitting is specifically to catch issues before you take the garment. If something is wrong, we fix it in the studio before you leave. If you notice something after collection, contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it. See our returns policy for full details.

We take measurements ourselves when you visit — that is always more accurate. If you are ordering from outside Chennai, send your measurements via WhatsApp and we will guide you on exactly how to take them. We will still arrange a trial fitting where possible before final delivery.

Bridal blouses: 3–7 days standard. Lehengas: 7–14 days depending on complexity. Salwar suits and everyday stitching: 5–7 days. Saree pre-pleating: 4 hours to 1 day. Alterations: 1–2 days for most jobs. We confirm the exact date when you place the order and we keep to it.

We try our best. Tell us your actual date upfront — we will be honest about whether it is possible. We will not take an order we cannot deliver on time. If it is tight, WhatsApp us first before coming in.

Aari, maggam, zardosi, kundan and cut-work — all done by hand on the frame. We also do logo embroidery on shirts and fabric. Bring any reference and we will tell you what we can do and at what cost.

Yes — panchakacham is a traditional dhoti drape used in Tamil and Telugu weddings and religious occasions. Very few tailors in Chennai still do this properly. We do. Bring the garment or WhatsApp us a photo first and we will advise.

Yes — pattu pavadai, skirt and blouse sets, frocks and function wear for children. Same measurements, same fitting process as everything else we make.

Yes. We deliver anywhere in Chennai and surrounding areas. For outstation orders, we can discuss measurements via WhatsApp and arrange shipping. Delivery charges and timelines are confirmed when you place the order.
